Customer Care
This guide is a general reference to help you find your best fit. Exact measurements can vary slightly by style, so always check the fit note on the product page. Measure your foot while standing, wearing the socks or stockings you plan to pair with the shoes.

Stand while wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with your new shoes. Measure from your heel to the tip of your longest toe, then match the result to the shoe chart. Leave about a half inch between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.
For boots, measure your bare calf at its widest circumference with your foot flat on the ground. Compare this with the boot’s shaft/calf measurement on the product page.
Use a soft tailor’s tape. Bust: lift your arms and wrap the tape straight across under your armpits. Waist: where your body naturally creases when you bend side to side. Hips: around the fullest part.
